Terraforming is a big deal for this planet's government. All the trouble with the Mars colonies seems to have something to do with that. It might have come from someone important.

just since that festival. kind of bad timing, but at least it was before everything started falling completely apart.

I know things are chaotic right now. Scary. But just after I got here, that giant monster attacked the city, and look how it's improved since then.

i keep trying to head out there to help, but i end up having to come back when it gets too hot. even trying to stay in the shade isn't doing much anymore.

Keep water with you any time you go out.
It's plentiful here, and it helps combat the heat. Same with a shower, probably.
