I believe this is where video games are meant to adequately fill that void. I'm not very good at them myself, but that is where virtual reality allows for venting of frustrations. Being a virtual version of reality, and all.
My other suggestion is to take a bike ride. That is how I tend to handle frustrations. That and coffee, but I believe we're all too poor to indulge in such things.
